Overview
Can KineMaster be used on PC or is it possible to use KineMaster with a PC?
KineMaster has a number of great features that come with it. KineMaster is an Android app. So, in order to install KineMaster on your PC, you’ll need something called an emulator. But, this emulator has to be specifically for Android. Five Android emulators that you can consider are: Droid 4X, Memu, Android Studio’s Emulator, Andy, and NOX Player 6.
How to Install KineMaster on PC without BlueStacks
Avoid having to have a high spec PC by installing KineMaster without BlueStacks. Bring the Android environment to your PC.
In order to install KineMaster on your PC, you’ll need an Android emulator that is different from BlueStacks. BlueStacks is a type of Android emulator with very special requirements that will require a lot of the resources from a PC.
In order to install KineMaster on your PC without BlueStacks, download the Memu emulator onto your PC. You can Google Memu, visit their website, and install it from there, as it is free. Also, Memu has a great Facebook group that offers interactive customer service.
Next, launch the Memu emulator program. Similar to what someone would do on Android, open the PlayStore and enter KineMaster into the search engine. You have now downloaded KineMaster onto your PC without the need for BlueStacks.
KineMaster comes in a free version, but there will be a watermark present on the app. The free version operates with lots of speed.
How to Remove the Watermark from KineMaster
Open the KineMaster app.

Click the circle with the plus sign that is displayed in the middle of the screen. You’ll be moved to the “aspect ratio” selection of the app. Choose the first option with 16:9 in the middle.
You’ll then be taken to the default view of the app or the KineMaster interface. Click on the media option on the right side of the interface, inside the circle, or the right side controls.
On the left of the interface is the layer option. On the top middle of the interface is the media option. On the right side of the interface is the audio option. And on the bottom middle of the interface is the voice option.

Click the layer option that will be displayed inside the main app interface, where you clicked on the media option. Click on text which will be inside the layer option, as a tag.
Type in the word “Subscribe” using the simulation of a keyboard that will appear. Click inside the computer monitor like display, play back monitor, or large area to the top right of the timeline area below.
Click inside the space next to the yellow area containing the word “Subscribe”that is on the bottom right, just below the large circle with the media option, or the timeline area. Clicking on the image will allow you to edit the image, turns it yellow, and will bring up an options box to your right.
You might need to hold down the left button on your mouse in order to send the yellow subscribe option to the side that is left of the line in the middle area, which looks like a toner, thus allowing you to align the picture.
Once the yellow subscribe area is on the bottom left, click inside the timeline area, hold the left mouse button, and drag the background area from left back to the right. Place the yellow subscribe area at the center right, just behind the line in the middle of the screen, where the line covers the “i” in subscribe.
Click the right pointing arrow symbol that is to the bottom right of the large circle on the right of the screen with the media option that you first clicked; this area is also the main interface.
A rectangular box should appear around the word Subscribe in the wallpaper field just above the area where the yellow subscribe area appeared. Also, an area of options should appear on the right side of the screen, where the large circle for the media option had appeared.
Size the subscribe word so that it appears in the middle of the wallpaper. Click on either the right point area or next to the numbers, where the arrow will then display in the symbol of a playing video just like playing a YouTube clip. Hold or allow to play until the subscribe yellow area is resting in the left side of the lower left of the timeline screen area again.
Either click the option that is to the upper right of the large circle containing the media option or click the audio option on the right hand side of the large circle with the media option. In the screen that appears, click export, or click inside the area to the right of the screen.
In the screen that will appear, click the “No Thanks, export with watermark” option at the bottom. Once again, click inside the area to the right of export, where an AirDrop screen should pop up; click cancel on this screen;
Click on the export button, where an export and share pop up should appear. Click the home option at the bottom center of this pop up screen. Click the “photos” option to the left side of the screen that should pop up. This screen looks like it might be the Android desktop inside the emulator that is necessary for the KineMaster app.
On the screen that will appear, the wallpaper from KineMaster should be the most recent image created. Thus, click or select the KineMaster wallpaper from inside the “photos” app. Click the KineMaster app one more time, as it pops up.
Click the wallpaper again. Click again, to exit from the “photos” app. Click on the splice app on the Android desktop, just below the photos app; enter into the projects area.
Click on the plus sign, which should take you to the “Camera Roll” area. Click on the KineMaster wallpaper which should be the first or latest option.
Click on the “ADD” option that will appear on the upper left side bar. Select “SKIP” which should take you to the “Project Settings” area. Click inside the first “Project Name” selection slice, where the KineMaster wallpaper appears once again.
Click on the “Outra:Off” option in the area below Video and Audio, from a left laying perspective relative to the KineMaster wallpaper. Click on the plus sign to the right side of the area with the options to EDIT VIDEO, DUPLICATE, DELETE.
Or, you would be clicking the “Outra:Off” symbol again. Select symbol number 5, where symbol 1 is a pair of scissors, at the far left or bottom of the screen from a left leaning perspective.
You’ll then be brought to the “Motion (Ken Burns)” area, where you can Zoom, pinch, or drag to adjust. Click the play button below the KineMaster wallpaper. After it goes to the end, click on the wallpaper, which will place it into the “Motion (Ken Burns)” area just below.
Click the KineMaster wallpaper, again, inside the area above the “Motion (Ken Burns)” area, which will start the playing motion in the area just below the “Motion (Ken Burns)” area. Click the last option above the KineMaster wallpaper at the far left or upper left area of the left leaning screen, just above the KineMaster wallpaper, above the “Motion (Ken Burns)” area, where you should be entered into the SHARE VIDEO area.
Click save, where you will get different options to choose for KineMaster wallpaper. Select the last, HD-1080p option. A screen will appear. Choose the “HOME” option, where you will be returned back to the Android desktop.
Reenter the “photos” app. Click on the KineMaster wallpaper. This should have removed the watermark for you.
Complications Associated with KineMaster
While KineMaster is popular as a video editor, it has many professional level functionality that you must know or learn about in order to use it effectively. This makes this program very overwhelming for beginners. Thus, as a newbie, you’ll probably only get to know and understand only the key features of this product.
Starting off, you’ll have to be concerned with properly adjusting the settings in order to properly use the KineMaster app. You will also have to be concerned with creating an editing project for your videos that you want to create or edit. It will be necessary to know a set of editing settings in order to properly create or edit your videos to your specific preferences.
When setting up the editor, you’ll be required to know the proper settings for the photo duration and layer duration. You’ll need the proper settings for a photo cropping feature of the app, where the default setting is not really recommended. You’ll then be required to set up the audio recording settings to your preference. You’ll have to properly set up your settings for doing sorting. Once you’ve input all of the settings that will produce the videos that you prefer, you can move on to setting up your project.
Once you have picked an aspect ratio, you’ll never be able to adjust it again at any future point. Within the KineMaster interface, you’ll need to know how to import media with specific specifications that will allow you to produce your desired video. You’ll next need to set audio with the required specifications. You’ll need voice over with specific specifications. You’ll need video layers with required specifications. The timeline area will need to be set to certain specifications. The interface area has a large red button that is for a camera, where it will likewise need to be set to certain specifications.
To help with some of this, you’ll be able to access a market store by clicking the button on the lower left for additional features to buy and learn how to operate properly. The big section at the bottom that was previously mentioned is the timeline area. It is also known as your editing work space area.
There are also a number of features on the left hand side to learn. The first is a back button. The next button is your undo button. The next button is the redo button. There is the settings button below the redo button. Below that is a button to expand the video layers. The video layers button is most useful for large, complicated videos that will require lots of different layers.
The layers are organized in the timeline area in some order that you will be required to discover. You can fill the screen and make the video layers bigger with this button. The last button allows you to advance to the end of your video or back to the start of the video that you would like to create.
The play back monitor is located at the top left of the timeline area, which was previously mentioned. This is the area where you can view the video playback, while you’re trying to edit the video. You’ll have to discover the location for the inputs and footage area so that you’ll be able to discover the process for editing your videos.
You’ll have to discover how to use the media area in order to find the video files that you want to use for making your videos. The files will then appear on the timeline area. This will be the time to add all of your primary clips or the actual core content that you will need in order to edit your videos.
When done, hit a check mark in the top right hand corner in order to get back to the editing mode, which wouldn’t exactly be intuitively obvious for anyone. Click inside the timeline area to move left and right in order to move around the footage in the play back monitor. You’d have to figure out that you need to get to the pinch to zoom area in order to zoom in and out of the play back monitor.
Multiple clips can be created in the timeline area that you can tap and hold onto, but this would be a feature that you will have to learn about in order to use it properly. You’ll be able to tap and hold onto the clips and move them around from within the timeline area. However, this ability is not something that would be intuitively obvious for beginners and people unfamiliar with the KineMaster app.
You can relocate a clip in your overall story by moving the clip around from within the timeline area. You’d be advised to save all of your color effects, while editing your video. You should get your colors as close to where you need them, at the start, because there will be no way to copy and paste your color effects or color settings, after the color settings have been executed. Applying your desired color effects or settings will be complicated, once you figure out how to navigate the program to locate the area that will allow you to adjust the color effects.
The wider section of yellow that will appear around your video clips in the timeline area, after you click, are called handles. You can tap and hold the left handle inside the timeline area to set the moment at which you’d like your video to start. Just letting go allows the video to start at the given point. You can also click and hold the right handle to set where the video will end.
You can also reduce the number of steps and accomplish the same with the Trim/Split option, but there are a number of advanced features that you will need to learn. You’ll then need to carefully search for any mistakes in the middle of the clip and cut them out, using the Trim/Split setting.
You’ll then need to navigate the app in order to learn how to add the video title. You will be able to add the video title from the layer option, followed by the text option. You’d then have to set the video title from the timeline area by clicking and holding. You’ll need to be constantly editing and adjusting your clip, as you put together your video.
You’ll then need to include your sound effects or audio from the audio option. You can search through a large library of audio options from within the KineMaster app or include your own music. There are also a number of additional advanced features for the volume to learn.
You’ll then need to learn a number of different features for doing video cropping. One feature left to perform with ease is zooming in and out of a video. You’ll need to know where to properly set your resolution and frame rate for your video, upon exporting your video.
You’ll need to know a proper bitrate to set for your video. For an annual subscription fee of $57.99, you’ll get access to stock footage that you will need to edit with the proper settings. You’ll get access to title templates that you will need to edit with the proper settings, as well as a number of other advance features which you will be required to adjust properly.
